- 90% van de dalspiegels gemeten bij CF patiënten > 12 jaar die worden behandeld met de reguliere kaftrio-dosering valt binnen de volgende ranges: - ivacaftor: 305-1295 µg/L - tezacaftor: 780-3420 µg/L - elexacaftor: 1045-9955 µg/L

- Indien Kaftrio in de ochtend wordt ingenomen en Ivacaftor in de avond: laat ’s ochtends vroeg bloed afnemen en neem de ochtenddosering hierna in. Indien Kaftrio in de avond wordt ingenomen en Ivacaftor in de ochtend: plan de bloedafname zo laat mogelijk in de middag. Vermeld de dosering, inclusief aantal tabletten, op de aanvraag’
