- toename > 10 mg/L na inname van 1000 mg op de nuchtere maag

- De test kan worden uitgevoerd vanaf 4 uur na onderbreken infuus of terwijl een continu infuus doorloopt. Onderbreken iv toediening: neem 4 uur na stoppen een monster, geef 1000 mg flucloxacilline oraal en neem 2 en 3 uur na inname een monster af. Hierna kan de iv toediening worden herstart. Continu infuus doorlopen: zorg dat de inloopsnelheid niet wijzigt tussen de afnamen. Neem een monster af en geef daarna 1000 mg flucloxacilline oraal. Neem na 2 en 3 uur een monster af. Er wordt rekening gehouden met de concentratie van het continu lopende infuus.
